Default Curses-Domination build?

I was kicking around some ideas for builds and wondering how well something like this would work...

NeMe
curses 11 + 4
dom 11
insp 8
SR 3 + 1
ill 2

or

MeNe
curses 12
dom 11 + 2/3/4
insp 6 + 1/2/3
ill 2+1
FC 1+1

1. Spiteful Spirt[e] (curses) 15-2-10
2. Insidious Parasite (curses) 15-1-20
3. Empathy (dom) 10-2-10
4. Backfire (dom) 15-3-20

[h recovery/cover hex]
5. Parasitic Bond (curses) 5-1-2

[e recovery and/or ability to interrupt heal or dehex]
6. Leech Sig (insp) 0-<1-45
or Power Drain (insp) 5-<1-25

[e recovery mainly, secondarily a remover, thirdly with high curses and dom, may likey get something to use]
7. Inspired Hex (insp) 5-1-0(20)

8. Rez

I'm not sure if this build would slow down human AI much and seems like it could be a little soft on health recovery. If nothing else at least it's focused... basically you are either laying on counter-attack hexes or recovering energy.

thoughts?

I have a N/Me and this is what I find.

Curse & Blood:

SS, Life Syphon, Parastic Bond, Vampiric Gaze, Leech Sig, Power Spike, Archane Echo & Res sig

Max Curse & Blood & rest in Soul Reaping.

Leech sig - use for blocking healing skills
Power spike - use for blocking healing or damaging spells
Archane Echo - use to cast 2 SS
Life Syphon & Parasitic Bond - use as cover hex and healing
Vampiric Gaze - another healing & damaging spell

This should help you with doing damage and halting healing. You may think about energy being a concern, but it shouldn't be. If you concentrate on 1 target (rather than a party), then you can drop people and gain some energy from fallen bodies. If some one tries to rez, let them. Go after the rezer but to stop them from rezing, they will rez a weak person which you can drop quickly and gain more energy.

wow - this post is a blast from the past :P

Almost immediately after posting that build I wished I hadn't. I don't think it is focused enough and it's too soft on health recovery. The idea behind it was that curses and domination skills are similar in function and playstyle.
